Arm toning focuses only on your arms to get you the sculpted, strong arms you have always wanted. 

 

To compelte exercise: Do the sections (warm up, exercise, cool down) in sequential order. If there is a repeat at the bottom of the section, repeat that sections workouts that number of times before moving on to the next section.

Warm up:

10 min elliptical 

 

10 arm circles front

10 arm circles back

25 jumping jacks

Repeat 2x

60 second punches

30 sec reach stretch

Repeat 2x

ARM TONING WORKOUTS

Exercise:

8 bench press reps

10 dumbbell curls

12 lunge tricep extensions

10 band pulls

60 sec forearm plank

10 (10 sec) T-arm holds

Repeat 3x

Cool down:

30 sec cross arm stretch

30 sec pullover arm stretch

Repeat 2x

Cool down:

10 arm circles front

10 arm circles back

30 sec front reach stretch

Repeat 2x

Exercise:

15 dumbbell press

12 arm reach planks

8 dumbbell T's

10 bosu ball push ups

8 bar thrusters

 

Repeat 3x

Cool down:

30 sec cross arm stretch

30 sec pullover arm stretch

Repeat 2x

Exercise:

8 bench press reps

10 butterfly arms

12 squat tricep extensions

10 push ups

60 sec forearm plank

10 (10 sec) T-arm holds

Repeat 3x

Warm up:

10 sec overhead shoulder stretch

25 jumping jacks
